The Back Door

When we were found out,
Out through the back door.

When we were being chased,
Out through the back door.

When frustration caught up,
Out through the back door.

We decided to go for a spin,
Out through the back door.

They sped up, We sped up,
Seeking the back door.

Bang hit into the tree,
No back door.

Hey Melissa, kinda tragic, huh? But I like how the 'humorous' start eventually lead to a tragic end. Something like "Series of unfortunate events"? Haha. Short but enjoyable :P

HAHAH don't worry mel. I get your poem. Nope its not humorous, but it leaves an impact.

I realise most of your poems are simple in structure, but they leave quite a great impact on you after you read it. Good for you! :)
