Thirst

Unaccepted pair
Shamed, ridiculed at.
Society’s reject
But that didn’t matter.
Love did.

There they lay
World of their own
Rough thumb on smooth cheek,
A sensual caress.
Fingers ran in hair,
Soothing.

Lips brushed lips
So softly.
Passion ignited.
They kissed
Entwined as one.
And love let loose

Society’s reject
But that didn’t matter.
Or did it?
